It's still winter, so why should I be surprised that it's cold outside? It's not just cold, it's precipitating sleet, rain and snow, leaving icy patches everywhere. It's miserable out there.

Again, it's winter. Why should I be surprised? Well, for one thing, it's been a very mild and boring winter. Snowfalls have been few and far between, with very little accumulation. I've enjoyed the fact that I haven't had to use my 4-wheel drive option..

Still, it's winter. Why should I be surprised? Winter is usually identified with preciptation that manifests itself as sleet, ice or snow, and sure enough, that's what's out there. It's just that earlier this week temperatures were approaching 80 degrees F. (26 degrees C.). It was downright summerish. No jacket required, sunshine, top-down days. It was beautiful.

So it's winter. But only for another week :)
