Hunky: .Humans are so weird. You shoulda seen the Husband wrestling with a machine called a vcr this weekend. He hadn't used one in a while, and apparently if you get out of practice using the darn thing, you have to start all over.

Dorie:  He wanted to copy a tape from his video camera onto a vhs tape in the vcr. It was a forty minute tape, and after two hours he was still trying to hook everything up so he could monitor the whole process.

Hunky: .We like it when he gets involved in things - we just hang out nearby and watch. It's really fascinating. Especially the part where he yells at inanimate objects.

Dorie:  He has a coupla vcr's, so when he couldn't get the first one figured out, he tried another one. There were cables everywhere.

Hunky: .The really weird part is that he enjoys this stuff, even if it did take four hours to copy a forty minute tape.

Dorie:  We don't really understand it, but then we don't need to, as long as he feeds us on time :)
