Hunky: . We discovered something new recently.
Dorie: Popcorn! We think it's food - we observed the Husband putting it in his mouth and not taking it out again - but it has no taste, and it has the texture of rotted wood.
Hunky: . He noticed our curiosity and he offered us some, but gave us no indication as what we were expected to do with it.
Dorie: So we went through the standard cat procedures - sniffing it, putting in out mouths, carrying it around, dropping it, batting it with our paws ...
Hunky: . ... but there was no significant response that would determine our next move.
Dorie: So I made the obvious choice and walked away from it ....
Hunky: . ... but I was determined to draw it out find its purpose. Alas, I too failed to find any significance in its presence.
Dorie: We have decided that as a food, it is boring.
Hunky: . And as a cat toy it is even more boring.
Dorie: Has to be one of those human anomalies that doesn't translate well to cat.
