Hunky: . The Husband has returned to work.

Dorie:  That just means he's back at the dining room table with his laptop. He works at home. But he had the whole month of September off.

Hunky: . And now he's back. And we occupy the chairs on either side of him, within each petting reach. We enjoy curling up nearby while he points and clicks and types.

Dorie:  Although he can become so involved in his work that he fails to notice that we're right here, so we have to get up on the table and walk in front of him to get his attention. We get yelled at for that and commanded to return to our seats. But we do get petted as a result :)

Hunky: .He talks to us while he works. Or we assume he's talking to us. But he never takes his eyes off the screen. So we curl up and nap while he talks.

Dorie:  It's a relaxing day when he's working.
