Hunky: .Just when we were gaining an interpretation (if not an understanding) of this television thing, we discovered another incongruous part of the nefarious scheme.

Dorie: ..Not all of what shows up on tv is new. In fact a lot of it has been there before. Exactly as it was the first time - no embellishments, no adjustments, no attempts at improvement..

Hunky: .But here's the really weird part. Humans will watch it all again, still mesmerized, even though they'd seen it all before.

Dorie:  Apparently they don't realize that they'd seen all this before, or they'd be out doing something more useful.

Hunky: .This television nonsense seems to have a rather dibilitating effect if you're human.

Dorie:  Fortunately, we don't have that problem.
